The Leading Edge Expedition has been operating for A.G. Coombs leaders in Australia for 17 years.
In 2026, the program will be available to the public in Australia and New Zealand for emerging & established leaders for the first time.

YOUR LEADING EDGE JOURNEY
1. Setting out
The journey begins with a launch that sparks inspiration and introduces Leading at the Edge and an opportunity to meet your fellow leaders and guides.
2. Preparing for the Climb
Personal reflection, tasks and diagnostics help each leader set a true learning purpose and define the change they want to create.
3. Residential Program 1
A two-day immersive retreat provides the leadership foundation and skills needed to tackle the learning and challenges ahead.
4. Residential Program 2
The second two-day residential retreat is designed to build on the skills developed in Residential 1 and extend your knowledge for greater impact.
5. Guided Support
Along the way, personal coaching sessions keep leaders focused, supported and challenged. Your personal coach focuses on your specific goals.
6. The Summit Challenge
Practice and refine your new leadership skills on a real-world challenge project for a charity partner with a small team of peers from the program.
7. Sharing the Story
The Presentation Skills workshop is a unique component that prepares leaders to inspire others by presenting the charity project to an audience.
8. Celebration
The journey culminates in a celebration event that recognises achievements and showcases the change created via the presentation of the Charity Project.
9. Legacy
While the expedition may be over, the leadership journey is not. Our alumni continue to provide impact inside the Leading Edge community and beyond.
